1. Purpose and Application of These Guidelines

These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) set forth the standards of conduct expected of all users of the ParceTV service, operated by Thirteen Labs Inc at 8 The Green STE R, Dover, DE 19901, United States. The Guidelines apply to every person who accesses or uses the Service, in every jurisdiction, at all times. Compliance with these Guidelines is a condition of your use of the Service. The Service is a software-enabled video chat roulette platform; the Company acts solely as a technology intermediary and does not assume responsibility for the conduct of users. These Guidelines are intended to promote safe behaviour and a respectful environment. Safe behaviour is essential. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Service; the Service is not intended for minors under any circumstances, anywhere in the world.

2. Age Requirement — You Must Be Eighteen (18) Years of Age or Older

Only persons who have attained the age of eighteen (18) years may use the ParceTV service. This requirement is absolute and applies in every country and in every territory in the world. Safe behaviour means conduct that does not harm, harass, threaten, or intimidate others; that does not involve nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit content; that does not promote violence, drugs, or criminal activity; and that respects the dignity and boundaries of other users. Safe behaviour is mandatory. You are responsible for your own conduct. The Company provides the platform only and does not monitor live video or audio; therefore, each user must personally ensure that his or her behaviour is safe and in compliance with these Guidelines. Failure to engage in safe behaviour may result in reporting by other users, restriction of your access, or permanent removal from the Service. Safe behaviour includes, but is not limited to: treating others with respect, refraining from abusive or offensive conduct, not displaying or transmitting prohibited content, and using the reporting function when you encounter behaviour that violates these Guidelines. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Service; use by persons under eighteen (18) is not safe behaviour and is prohibited.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct — What Is Not Safe Behaviour

The following are prohibited and are not safe behaviour: nudity, pornography, obscenity, or any sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content; content that depicts, promotes, or solicits sexual activity; content that sexualizes minors or that could be construed as child sexual abuse material or related exploitation; content that depicts, glorifies, or promotes violence or gore; content that promotes or facilitates the use or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances; content that promotes or facilitates criminal activity, fraud, harassment, stalking, threats, or intimidation; and any other conduct that the Company, in its sole discretion, deems inconsistent with safe behaviour or harmful to the community. Engaging in any of the foregoing is a violation of these Guidelines. All users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age; the Service is not available to persons under eighteen (18) anywhere in the world. Prohibited conduct undermines safe behaviour and will not be tolerated. Violations may be reported by other users and may result in action against your account.

5. Reporting — How to Report Unsafe or Bad Faith Behaviour

Our system supports reporting users who have shown bad faith behaviour or who have failed to engage in safe behaviour in any way. If you encounter another user who has violated these Guidelines, who has acted in bad faith, or whose conduct is unsafe, you should use the reporting functionality provided within the Service to submit a report. Reporting is an important part of maintaining a safe environment. The Company maintains a content moderation team that reviews reports; however, the Company does not monitor live video or audio in real time and does not assume responsibility for the conduct of users. By reporting, you help the platform address behaviour that is not safe. You are encouraged to report any conduct that you believe violates these Guidelines or that constitutes bad faith behaviour. The availability of reporting does not impose any duty upon the Company to prevent or remedy any particular conduct. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to use the Service; use of the Service by persons under eighteen (18) is prohibited worldwide.

6. Respect and Civility — Safe Behaviour in Interaction

Safe behaviour requires that you treat other users with respect and civility. You should not harass, bully, demean, or intimidate others. You should not use the Service to distribute content that is offensive, harmful, or illegal. Respecting the boundaries of others is a fundamental aspect of safe behaviour. The Service is intended for adults only; you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use it. Persons under the age of eighteen (18) are not permitted to use the Service under any circumstances, in any jurisdiction. Conduct that is respectful and civil contributes to safe behaviour; conduct that is disrespectful or uncivil is not safe behaviour and may be reported. The Company does not guarantee that all violations will be detected or that any particular action will be taken. The Company is a software service provider and technology intermediary and does not assume responsibility for the conduct of users. Users who fail to engage in safe behaviour or who violate these Guidelines may be reported by other users; our system supports reporting in such cases. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Service. Use of the Service by persons under eighteen (18) is a violation of these Guidelines and will be treated as such where detected.

9. No Responsibility of the Company

Thirteen Labs Inc provides the ParceTV service as a technology intermediary and software service provider only. The Company does not create, control, or endorse the content or conduct of users. The Company does not assume any responsibility or liability for the behaviour of users or for any failure to enforce these Guidelines. Safe behaviour is the responsibility of each user. The Company maintains reporting and moderation processes but does not monitor live communications in real time. The age requirement—that you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Service—applies worldwide without exception. The Company is not responsible for any user’s failure to comply with these Guidelines or for any harm that may result from the conduct of users. These Guidelines are provided for the purpose of setting expectations; they do not create any obligation on the part of the Company to prevent or remedy any particular conduct.
