1. Definitions and Parties

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ParceTV service, including the website parcetv.com and any associated software, applications, or interfaces (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Thirteen Labs Inc, a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 8 The Green STE R, Dover, DE 19901, United States (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Company is a software service provider and technology intermediary. By accessing or using the Service, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. The Company does not assume any responsibility or liability for your use of the Service or for the conduct of any other user; the Company’s role is limited to the provision of software and infrastructure. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to impose upon the Company any obligation or responsibility for the actions, content, or omissions of users or third parties.

2. Age Requirement — Eligibility to Use the Service

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to access or use the Service. This age requirement applies in all jurisdictions and in every country and territory in the world. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old. If you are not at least eighteen (18) years of age, you are not permitted to use the Service under any circumstances. The Service is not intended for, and may not be used by, any person under the age of eighteen (18), regardless of the laws applicable in your location. Eligibility is conditioned upon your being of at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of each use. The Company does not verify the age of users and disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy of user-provided information; nevertheless, use of the Service by any person under eighteen (18) years of age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and is strictly prohibited. 3. Geographic Restrictions — Prohibited Jurisdictions

The Service is not offered to, and may not be accessed or used by, persons located in, or who are citizens or residents of, the following jurisdictions (the “Prohibited Jurisdictions”): Afghanistan, Belarus, China (including the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macau Special Administrative Region), Cuba, Eritrea, Iran, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Turkmenistan, the United Arab Emirates, and Yemen. This list is not exhaustive and may be updated from time to time. Additional jurisdictions may be designated as Prohibited Jurisdictions where local law or policy restricts or prohibits services of this nature. By accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, and are not a citizen or resident of, any Prohibited Jurisdiction. The Company does not represent that the Service is appropriate or available for use outside permitted jurisdictions. Use of the Service from a Prohibited Jurisdiction is a breach of these Terms. 4. Reporting and Bad Faith Behaviour

The Service includes functionality that allows users to report other users. Our system supports reporting users who have shown bad faith behaviour in any way. Bad faith behaviour includes, without limitation: harassment, abuse, threats, intimidation, fraud, impersonation, distribution of unwanted or harmful content, violation of our content policies, or any other conduct that undermines the safety or integrity of the Service or the experience of other users. If you encounter a user who has exhibited bad faith behaviour, you may submit a report through the reporting mechanisms provided within the Service. The Company maintains systems and processes to receive, review, and act upon such reports in accordance with its internal policies. The availability of reporting does not impose any duty upon the Company to monitor the Service in real time or to take any particular action in response to any report. The Company is not responsible for the conduct of users prior to, during, or after any report; the reporting feature is provided as a tool only, and the Company disclaims any obligation to prevent, detect, or remedy bad faith behaviour. You are encouraged to use the reporting functionality whenever you believe another user has acted in bad faith. The Company does not guarantee any specific outcome as a result of reporting and is not liable for any failure to act or delay in acting upon a report.

5. No Responsibility — Disclaimers of the Service Provider

The party providing this Service is not responsible for anything. The Company provides the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis and disclaims all responsibility and liability for any loss, damage, claim, or injury arising from or related to your access to or use of the Service, the conduct of any user, the content transmitted through the Service, or any third-party action or omission. The Company is a software service provider and technology intermediary only; it does not create, control, or endorse any content and is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any communication or conduct occurring on or through the Service. The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. The Company disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; for any loss of revenue, profits, data, or goodwill; and for any other loss or damage of any kind. These limitations apply whether the alleged liability is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory. The Company is not responsible for anything. The provision of the Service does not create any fiduciary, agency, or other special relationship between you and the Company. The Company acts solely as a technology intermediary and software service provider. You agree that the Company has no obligation to monitor, edit, or remove any content and that the Company shall not be liable for any failure to do so. The limitations and disclaimers set forth in these Terms shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall survive the termination of your access to the Service. The Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The Company is not responsible for any defects, errors, or failures of the Service. 9. Modifications and Termination

10. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service. The Company’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
